We’ve finally finished our bottle of Buffalo Trace Bourbon Cream—but was it worth it? Would we buy it again? Keep reading to find out. First, let’s recap the tasting notes.
Nose: vanilla, spices and sweetness
Palate: creamy vanilla
Finish: vanilla and spice
Cost: $25
ABV: 15%
In my initial review, I described this as melted vanilla ice cream with spices—and that assessment still holds true. It’s rich, creamy, warmly spiced, and unmistakably vanilla‑forward. I enjoy it most over ice, and as the weather warms up, it feels especially suited for this time of year. At this price point, it’s hard to go wrong. If you love vanilla ice cream in liquid form, this is a must‑try. It was worth it, and yes—we would repurchase
Cheers!
