Cranberry Cocktail inspired by Bog to Table Dinner

This past week we attended a bog to table dinner, which was absolutely amazing. This inspired me to create a quick, easy and low in sugar cranberry cocktail that you could too make at home.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz of Vodka (we used chilled Belvedere)
  • 1.5 oz of Cranberry concentrate (we used R.W. Knudsen)
  • Splash of Black Cherry sparking water (we used Waterloo)

Add vodka and cranberry to a shaker. Shake and pour into a glass of ice. Top with black cherry sparkling water, stir and enjoy. That simple!

The recipe is very easy to make but it is also tart. The more sparkling water you add the less tart it gets so feel free to add or subtract as needed.
