Okay, it’s not technically an Irish whiskey, but it is made with Irish whiskey—so let’s talk about it. I’ve never been someone who enjoys alcohol in my coffee, but my husband does. So, when we spotted the Irished Up Cold Brew Irish Coffee, we couldn’t resist giving it a try. Curious if it’s worth it? Keep reading to find out!
This cocktail combines single malt Irish whiskey with rich Colombian coffee and is nitrogen-infused for a smooth, creamy texture. It’s sold in packs of four 200ml cans for $14.99, with each can boasting a 12.5% ABV. That works out to about $3.75 per cocktail—a great value compared to what you’d pay for an Irish coffee at a bar or restaurant.
This turned out better than I expected, though it leans a little too sweet for my taste. My husband loved it, so if you enjoy the combination of coffee and whiskey, you’ll probably love it too. I really appreciated the creamy texture and the quality of the coffee—it was impressive. If you prefer coffee cocktails on the sweeter side, this is for you. While it’s a bit sweet for me personally, I think it’s very well done and will appeal to many.
Cheers!
