It’s warm outside and it’s only going to get warmer this week. One of my favorite recent buys was the Lawley’s Strawberry Gin from Boston Harbor Distillery so… let’s make a cocktail!

Ingredients
*3 oz Lawley’s Strawberry Gin (or flavored gin)
*1.5 oz Demon Seed Whiskey (or spicy whiskey)
*1.5 oz Pineapple Juice (we used Lakewood Organic)
*4 Strawberries (3 for muddling and 1 garnish)
*Poppi Raspberry Rose (or flavored sparkling water)
*ice

Recipe: muddle three strawberries in your glass. Then add gin, Demon Seed, pineapple juice and stir. Add ice in the glass and top off with the Poppi Raspberry Rose. Stir and garnish with leftover strawberry.

This cocktail is delicious but be warned, it’s strong! One is more than enough. The cocktail is fruity, spicy, and refreshing. It’s not a sweet cocktail so if this is what you are looking for, this is not it. It’s perfect for those warm days ahead.
